About me
I am a certified life coach and a certified NLP Practitioner. I help people to be the best they can be, to discover true power, to create and live true purpose. I believe in people and their ability to turn around and change things. I bring in clarity of perspectives and the adaptability to difficult situations. I help my clients to gain empowerment through spirituality, effective meditation and positive affirmations.
I am a post-graduate in human resources with extensive experience in conflict management, conflict resolutions and handling complex workplace challenges. My core expertise lies in managing emotions and problem solving.

My coaching conversations starts with what matters the most to YOU, what do you really want, why is it important to you, what is your true passion, what do you want to become? What will motivate you?
I love to empower my clients, I listen to them and let them hear their inner voice deep within and answer their queries hidden deep within them. I show them the light which otherwise seems dark.
I help my clients to ascertain their goals, I help them with affirmations to keep them motivated towards their journey of success. There are assessments, simulations and periodic tracking of goals.
I help my clients to find resources to move to their success, at no point they would feel left alone.

OFFERINGS
PRIVATE COACHING
My sessions are one hour sessions per week. My first session is free of Charge. There are packages available for 3 months, 4 months and 6 months and ongoing.
ONLINE COACHING
My online session is one email per week. The client can respond with any number of emails in a week. The client would be responded in 48 hours. There is no cap on client emails.
